We understand plans may change and/ or issues arise which take president forcing a cancellation, we simply ask you inform us of these changes in line with our cancellation policies.
The Edge is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring all personal information is handled in a safe and responsible way. This notice outlines our cancellation and deposit policies for reservations at The Edge.
Our cancellation policy omits all reserved tables must contact The Edge were cancellation of a booking is required. A failure to provide cancellation information will result in The Edge charging £10 per person for all of the persons attached to the booking. This charge extends to deposits. Our deposit policy omits any table reserved over and inclusive of 5 persons must provide a £10 per person deposit. Deposits are redeemable against the bill on the date reserved for, for all persons present. If a reservation is short of the booking amount and no cancellation information has been provided to The Edge their deposit payment of £10 will not be redeemable. Please note we take cancellations and 'no shows' to reservations seriously as these can affect the restaurant in a multitude of ways. We hope our terms and conditions are understandable for a small business hoping to serve.
